Refund Policy
When refunds apply and how to request one. Last updated May 22, 2026.
1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a paid AILEEN subscription. It applies to all monthly plans purchased through aileen.id.
If you have a question that isn't answered here, reach out to us at info@aileen.id and we'll sort it out.
2. When you can get a refund
If you've been charged for a subscription and haven't meaningfully used the service during that period, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
"Meaningfully used" means running lead searches, generating exports, or accessing enrichment features. If you've done any of those, a refund isn't available for that billing period — but you can still cancel to stop future charges.
Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge will not be accepted, regardless of usage.
3. No prorated refunds
We don't offer partial refunds for unused days if you cancel in the middle of a billing period. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current period — then it stops. You won't be charged again.
4. Billing errors are always refunded
If you were charged twice for the same period, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, we will refund the error in full — no questions asked.
These cases are treated separately from the standard refund policy and have no time limit. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to info@aileen.id with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
• The email address on your account • The date of the charge • A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of AILEEN after a change goes live means you accept the updated policy.
