The rules for using AILEEN — written to be actually readable. Last updated May 22, 2026.

1. Using AILEEN means you agree to these terms

When you use AILEEN — whether that's signing up, running a search, or exporting a lead list — you're agreeing to what's written on this page.

If you're using AILEEN on behalf of a company or team, you're also saying you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What AILEEN does

AILEEN is an AI-powered tool that helps B2B teams find potential customers. You describe the kind of company you want to reach in plain English, and AILEEN searches publicly available business data — like job postings, company directories, and growth signals — and turns it into a structured list of prospects for you to review.

Think of it as a research assistant, not a magic database. Everything AILEEN surfaces comes from public sources, and we always recommend checking the results before reaching out to anyone.

3. What you can and can't do

You can use AILEEN for legitimate B2B prospecting. What you can't do:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam • Break privacy laws that apply in your country or region • Resell lead data you get through AILEEN without written permission from us • Try to bypass or tamper with any part of our security systems • Use AILEEN to collect personal information outside of a B2B prospecting context • Scrape data outside of the export features we've built for you

If we find that these rules are being broken, we may suspend or close your account.

4. Your account is your responsibility

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account — including keeping your password safe. If you think someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact us right away at info@aileen.id.

Make sure the information you use to sign up is accurate, and keep it updated if anything changes.

5. Who owns what

The AILEEN platform — the design, the technology, the brand — belongs to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it.

The lead lists and exports you create using AILEEN are yours. We don't claim ownership over the results you generate, as long as you use them in line with these terms.

6. Data and privacy

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. By using AILEEN, you're also agreeing to what's described there.

The short version: we don't sell your personal data to anyone.

7. Payments

AILEEN is available through a subscription. You'll see the pricing clearly before you commit to anything, and we'll give you notice before prices change for a new billing period.

Early access pricing is an estimate and may be updated before the full launch. Subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

8. A few things to keep in mind

AILEEN pulls data from public sources. We can't guarantee that everything is fully accurate, complete, or up to date — business information changes, and public records aren't always current. Please verify the data before you use it to contact anyone.

We're not responsible for indirect losses that come from using AILEEN's results — things like missed deals, reputational issues, or outreach gone wrong because the data wasn't checked first.

If something goes wrong and a claim is made against us, our total liability won't exceed what you've paid us in the three months before the issue came up.

9. Closing an account

We may suspend or close your account if these terms are violated, if payment isn't made, or if we have serious reason to believe your use poses a security or legal risk.

You can close your account at any time by reaching out to us at info@aileen.id. Once closed, your access stops immediately.

10. If these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect that. For significant changes, we'll let you know by email or through the app before they take effect.

Continuing to use AILEEN after changes go live means you're okay with the updated terms.
